Shopping Information
I see that you are selling on Shopee, Lazada and Carousell as well. Can i make my purchases from there as well?
Yes. You may. Orders from Shopee and Lazada are also despatched from the same warehouse by a different team. You may make your purchase there if you feel more comfortable making your purchases there.Â
Orders and any correspondence on Carousell is mainly for urgent self-collections and payments. We also do not have a full collection of our products there.Â
Why am I not able to checkout some of the items on your website?
We keep only a small portion of the stocks we hold on hand. For the remaining products, majority are direct links to our vendors where you can purchase your items directly from. This keeps our platform operationally efficient while keeping costs low at the right value for our customers.Â
As we continuously bring in additional vendors to our platforms. Our algorithms check through the popularity of the items before committing to a wholesale purchase dealership with vendors.
I did not receive my 20% voucher when I subscribed to your website. How can i get it?
If you did not receive the auto-mailer via our email, you can reach out to us via help@wholesalestuffs.com. Alternatively, you can whatsapp us for an expedited response.Â
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. We've been selling online for over a decade. Some of our regulars may remember us as Pro-Supplies, CablePals, Everything Under. We have also been helping business e-commerce-ially via our service site, Godata.digital. We've simply rebranded and collated all our entities into a single entity: wholesalestuffs so all our customers can buy more easily on a single platform.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. We DO NOT offer Cash on delivery.
Do you offer Gift wrapping services?
At present, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, we are working with like-minded to be able to offer these services as soon as possible.
Can I sell on your platform?
Yes. You can register as a seller on Wholesalestuffs. Upon registering as a vendor, you can connect your store and sell with us.
Can you help me sell on your platform?
Yes. We can. We offer a Ecommerce management service provided by our Ecommerce team @ Godata.digitalPayment & Shipping Information
Can I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes. We provide a receipt for all orders. You should get it either immediately after ordering or you may send us a request at help@godata.digital
What payment methods do you accept?Â
We accept all major credit cards including, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. We also offer Grab and Paynow for payments of our products.Â
Do you accept Bitcoin, UPI Wechat Pay, Alipay or other modes of payment?
We do not. Currently, the team is working with a centralized provider to see if these payments can be incorporated but till then, we do not provide such payment options.
Is it safe to transact via your platform?
Apart from direct credit card payments, we do offer paypal for customers who prefer more discretion over their credit card details. You can choose Paypal during checkout and get redirected to your paypal payment for payment of your order.Â
How to safeguard your purchases.
NEVER make any payment outside of our platform.Â
Our agents will NEVER contact you individually to make payment outside of this website. DO not make any transfers or payments via links from any emails, sms-es or whatsapp outside of this website.Â
What couriers do you use to ship orders?
We have a diverse range of 3pl courier partners to help ship your items to your doorstep.
For Singapore-based orders, orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Singapore to islandwide addresses via Qxpress or Ninjavan. For convenient collection at a block nearby, you can choose Picklocker during checkout for your orders to be sent to a locker near you.Â
For Overseas orders, depending on your address, you will receive a quote for the various shipping services like Fedex, UPS or DHL to deliver your orders. As our centralized warehousing is based in Singapore and Malaysia. the closer your addresses are to these 2 locations, the cheaper the shipment of your orders will be.Â
How long will delivery take?
For local SG shipping, your orders should reach you within 2-3 working days.
For overseas shipment, your orders will depend on the shipment provider estimated delivery timing.Â
What exactly happens after ordering?
Orders are sent to our warehouse for picking and your orders will normally be ready for despatched within 1-2 working days.Â
A courier will then pickup your order and sent it directly to your address.Â

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks?
If you haven’t received your items after 2 weeks, please contact us via WhatsApp to check the status of your order. If we determine that the parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund.
What if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, simply send us a picture via WhatsApp. We will process a refund for you—no questions asked.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my item?
Yes, if the item is not satisfactory, please send us a picture on WhatsApp. We will evaluate your case individually and let you know if a refund can be issued.
What are my options if my orders are lost by 3pl?
For local shipping, if there are any issues with your order, we do offer a replacement shipment. If your 2nd order still failed to reach you, we will refund your order.

Is there a time limit for returns or exchanges?
We do offer a 7 days return and refund for all orders made on our website. However, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after receiving your item to ensure a smooth process for returns or exchanges.
