We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Whether you’ve changed your mind or the product didn’t meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within this timeframe.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure product integrity and safety, please note the following conditions:
Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund (minus shipping fees).
Opened Products: We understand you need to try it! We accept returns on opened containers with at least 50% of the original contents remaining.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email our support team at help@wholesalestuffs.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack it Up: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
Ship it Back: You can choose to ship it back on your own or request us to provide a shipping label. Shipping labels are charged accordingly and will be offset from your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the funds to post to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong “fuel,” please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
